If it would have been someone else I am sure they will ask me to replace my French door but this gentleman tried his best to reduce my cost. Brilliant company! Professional and very knowledgeable. Just had Tony here mending our bifolds - needed our 'traffic' door realigning - had been almost impossible to close and lock since installation. Great experience and communication throughout - he sent a video to explain what the job involved that was really clear and easy to follow so I knew what I would be paying for. He (and his colleague) arrived promptly and worked quietly, carefully and professionally (I was working at home) and did a brilliant job. We had practically written off it being fixable because it was so stiff. After a couple of hours of careful work on it (fixed fee) it's now smooth as butter to open both the traffic door and slide the whole window back. I didn't even realise that the folding part of the door would benefit from adjustment too and they checked and addressed it without me even asking. Amazing service. I absolutely recommend! I was referred to Fusion by Origin for warranty repairs on my French doors. I was subsequently fobbed off by Tony for two months before he stopped responding entirely, so have gone elsewhere. Odd way of running a business - if you don’t want a job, why not just tell the customer so that they don’t waste their time?

Can’t recommend highly enough. Tony responded quickly to my email, sent me a video to show me exactly what work he was going to do, was transparent with pricing, quick to follow up with a date, delight to have on-site, on-time, took time to check I was happy with the work, left my house spotless too. Thoroughly recommend.

Seriously Tony and his team were like magicians. The doors have never been this good, even from the initial installation. We have had issues with the original installation and couldn't get hold of the original contractor. Couldn't have asked for a better result and it cost a lot less than getting new doors. Brilliant job, cannot recommend them enough.

Had a problem with the locking system on our Sunflex bifold doors where they were not locking. Called Sunflex and they recommended Tony from Fusion Window and Door Maintenance Ltd.From the initial call, to the ongoing communication via WhatsApp, he was excellent. Could not fault him.Within a little over 24 hours he and his team were here to change both lock and shut mechanism.They were really good people, showed us the issues and explained exactly what they were doing and asked if we had questions.Really clean and tidy and left not a trace.Cannot recommend them more highly - truly 5 stars from us.

This is a company who are professional, experienced, knowledgeable with excellent customer service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have bi fold doors, installed years ago by another company. The doors had been misused by tenants and wouldn’t open correctly. We needed to get them working to complete the sale of the house and at one point thought we would have to replace them altogether to get the sale through. Tony put us at ease from our first phone call enquiry. He turned up when he said he would and did the repair efficiently, he even took video evidence, as we were not there, of the doors working - which helped with our sale. Thank you Tony and team.
