I contacted HMS to stop my repossession by my mortgage lender. David at HMS worked with me closely and supported me through the whole process. Today I had a Court hearing to suspend my eviction notice which was successful. My lender had refused all negotations and yet the Court agreed to suspend the eviciton for £60 per month. I am very happy that I got in touch with HMS.

I contacted HMS last minute and wish I'd called them sooner! They were still able to help me get my possession hearing adjourned and have since escalated my complaint against the bank to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) who are looking into the banks conduct.Cant recommend highly enough.
