Saf served me today was very polite from the start I came in to mend my phone as I broken the screen and he advised me 40 minutes but was done in 15 minutes saf is a really good man who treats me very well every time I use phone planet thank u to saf for his hard work

Shocking. Had 2 phone screens replaced by this company. Went in for a quote after receiving a quote from the phone shop opposite. They had very negative things to say about the other phone shop and so I decided to go with them. I was told there was a 12 month warranty on screens. Both phone screens have now gone black and they are refusing to repair after only 4 months. Bad attitude, apparently customer service and poor Workmanship. Not to be trusted

I took my iphone 13 mini in to get it repaired every one else told me i had to wait few day before i get it back took it to phone planet and they did it wit in 45 min best service ever very helpful and genuinely nice people

Poor service. So I went to fix my phone as my battery was knacked they put a new one in but it was worst the old one. I don’t recommend at all. I couldn’t charge my phone so I had to by a new one.

Fantastic Service and the after-sales is also excellent nothing is to much trouble for them would definitely stick to using Phone Planet for my apple phone!! I definitely do recomend!!
