The initial request was made with Ann who is a lovely lady- it’s when the drivers come they start trying to haggle you on the prices. My driver didn’t check that the flight was delayed & then waited in the car park- he made us pay for the parking. Also they tell you that the luggage is too much and charge you more. I’m all for helping small businesses but this is unacceptable. The 2 stars are for Ann , but unfortunately 0 stars for the drivers. Just be honest with the prices from the start . Won’t be using them again unfortunately.

Terrible service! Disappointed at how bad this company has gone. Second time in a row where they have let me down.I specially asked for a car with a baby car seat but they turned up without one. Charged more than the price quoted on the phone. Big shame company used to be very good and reliable.

Great service for airport pick up lovely driver, was on time even though we were delayed 2 hours. He'd obviously checked on delays so he wasn't hanging about. He helped with suitcases and was very professional.

Booked a cab for the airport. I told the office I had 3 Medium cases and they sent a Toyota prius to do the drop off. My 3 cases wouldn't fit in the boot and the attitude of the driver was horrendous. He was extremely rude and demanded more money than I had been originally quoted for a mistake the office had made in sending him to do a job they should have sent a larger car for. When I informed him of the price the office had quoted me the driver started shouting and demanding we get out of the car and he made the child I was travelling with cry. A grown man's rudeness and attitude making a child cry. I won't be using your company again.

Needed a taxi at short notice to get my mum back to Essex from hospital. Very helpful driver who arrived promptly. Very fair price for the journey. Highly recommended.

Justin the manager rude, dismissive and his team are incompetent use Uber or bolt they can at least take direction and fulfill a contract and also give you a great service these back street cabbies are a joke.

Just an awful experience with this company ! Avoid them. I had to go to the hospital with my daughter from LF medical centre to Homerton hospital. It was an emergency. The wait was only 10 min but then 20 min later no car so I call again.And 10 min later it arrived with a grumpy driver who didn't even say hello, didn't say sorry for being late and didn't open the door. I was carrying my daughter who was ill she couldn't stand (high temperature). For me it was an emergency but for him not at all, he decided to take a long way and take his time.Arriving at the hospital in the parking I realised I didn't have cash and the driver started to go crazy. Telling me he didn't take cash and how stupid I am because I didn't know he doesn't take card. He was not happy at all to take me to ATM. I was stressing but I was ok to pay an extra. He took us to an ATM which charge, didn't work and far from hospital. At this point he was still unhappy and rude. Went to COOP (nearest) to get finally some cash.In the parking of the hospital I asked how much was the journey. He said normally the journey is £9 but he had to charge £6 more. I gave him £20 note (didn't have 10). I was so upset stunned and in rush for my daughter and I didn't say a word. Obviously he didn't say thank you or good bye. Most of the time I always had nice driver with different company but this one was definitely rude.Sure I am not going use them ever again. I was given their card from the medical centre (made a remark to LFMC)Tuesday 15th November 13h45

The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I have an autistic 5 year old daughter who was upset and crying and the woman threatened to cancel my cab and then she was very very rude and hung the phone up. I now currently have a child having an episode trying to scratch her own face, cheers ace cars great start to her morning

Great drivers and the controllers are friendly, accurate and great with customers requests. I have used them for over 30 years!

Car didn’t show up.I called to book a mini van, made the reservation and asked for confirmation. The person on the phone told me everything was OK, but then the day of my booking the car did not show up. I was supposed to get picked up at 5 am and it was not easy to find another solution at that time. I will never use this service again
