I couldn’t wait to be invited for a review I knew I just had to come straight on here and write one. Sharon is the person you need to guide you in wedding dress shopping, she’s the most loveliest person you’ll ever meet. She knew exactly what would suit my shape and brought out a few dresses to try and before I knew it I found the perfect one! Sharon put me at ease instantly and made my appointment so special that I’ll never forget it. I honestly can’t thank you enough for helping me it means so much!!You made me feel like a princess ❤️

Went to a few bridal shops before this one, and I had not been made to feel as comfortable as I was here! Sharon was so so lovely and made me and my bridesmaids so comfortable and there was no pressure at all to buy, an all around great experience and we got such a good deal on all 3 dresses!! Amazing service!! Made my day❤️

I cannot rate this boutique enough. No hard sell and no pressure. Very comfortable set up and myself and my entourage were made to feel very welcome. Sharon listened to what I wanted and was able to make great suggestions. So happy to have found my dress and will definitely pay a visit for bridesmaids and flower girls further down the line.As a plus size bride it really does make the difference when you can Try on sample dresses that actually fit. I could see she had plenty of smaller sizes too.

Sharon and Ginny are two of the most loveliest ladies I've met! They made me and my family feel so at ease and it was such a wonderful experience finding my dress. Also because I was the first person to order that particular dress they have named it after me, which really has made the whole experience even more special. Anyone who books an appointment at Jacqueline's Bridal will not be disappointed, I cannot recommend them high enough. Thank you so much ladies xx

I couldn’t rate Jacqueline boutique enough.I went on Saturday, wanting to try something different. I felt like I’ve been try on the same style dresses in 5 different bridal shop, Ive been to.I really enjoy the whole experience.what Sharon did which no other bridal shop has done was to let me walk in the dress and to sit down in the dress.I felt like Sharon was a friend or a family member shop I had go to.There was no hard sell, it was JUST amazing.If anyone is out there and struggling/ feels defaulted please stop by and go to Jacqueline boutique, Sharon will make you feel at home.Thank you for everything SharonXx

I loved my first experience of bridal gown shopping with Sharon and Ginny at Jacqueline's. My Mum and I were treated so well throughout the appointment, it was fun and light hearted which put me at ease from the start, and I loved trying on all the dresses Sharon selected for me based on my wants. I didn't quite decide on a dress in the first appointment (although I unexpectedly loved three of them on me) but there was no pressure to do so. I will be heading back soon to try again and hopefully find 'the one'.

I had a fantastic experience finding my dress with Sharon. She was understanding, kind, caring and made the whole process really enjoyable. I was extremely anxious about finding a dress as I’ve lost almost 10st, but Sharon put me at ease and put up with my ‘moments’. She also helped my fiancée and I pick the dresses for 9 bridesmaids and they all love the dresses! My wedding isn’t until March 2024 but I’m glad to have found the boutique for this part of our journey!Thank you so much!

I am not sure where to start because I have never written a review before, never, BUT I have to praise Sharon and the wonderful experience at Jacqueline’s Bridal Boutique. I thought I was the bride from hell, not knowing at all what I wanted, only knowing what I didn’t want, but Sharon was so knowledgeable, patient and positive. Sharon helped me into many different styles of dress (in the huge yet so warm changing room) and she made it such a fun experience. I valued her opinion but never did I feel the slightest bit cajoled into buying anything - even when I absolutely fell in love with a dress.I returned a week later as I couldn’t get a certain dress out of my mind and once again Sharon helped me try it on and suggested accessories and I then found myself looking in the mirror at me in THE dress!! Sharon explained the process of the deposit, the dress being made, payment, collection and suggested a seamstress for the final fitting/alterations. The experience couldn’t have been any easier and each time I think of Sharon, I smile, as she’s such a lovely warm soul and turns each of us into a Princess and I don’t think I shall feel that way again until my wedding day!Thank you sooooo much Sharon!
