I went to him last week to repair my cracked screen and he seemed ok then. I should have checked my phone in front of him because by that same evening the screen would not respond to some keyboard letters and there was a strange light when looking at the phone in the dark. I went to another phone shop that told me that it wasn’t done properly and they would fix it but I decided to return to him because I didn’t want to pay more money.I returned to him so he could fix the problem and he tried to gaslight me to say that I was making it up, basically accusing me of trying to scam him of £30! No, I didn’t want the money back I wanted him to do the job properly that is advertised that he can do and not him watching DIY YouTube videos on screen repair because he’s an amateur.I would suggest that buyers go elsewhere that can provide you with a warranty and have trained professionals because now my phone is still messed up.
