The team were really helpful to me, having previously ordered a set of ARMA turnout socks, for our donkey who was being bitten by flies in order to get to me another set by next day delivery. Nothing was too much trouble; the order was picked by the person I was dealing with and I got confirmation that the order was definitely on next day delivery and it was! Thank you so much - fantastic service and will definitely use you again and recommend to others.

Ordered New Boots, the tracker showed they had been delivered, however I didn't receive them. Just Horse Riders Ltd immediately sent me another pair and were exceptionally helpful and communicative. I will definitely be using them again.

Not only does JHR have a fantastic and comprehensive range, they are one of the rare companies with proper customer service. I have ordered from them a few times now and have never had issues, but had to have something expedited, so called them and they did. My last order turned out they had a damaged item in their warehouse, they contacted me before sending it so I could amend the whole order (matchy set). They are a great a reliable company, I thoroughly recommend them !
