Well Polished Gloucester & Stroud

Well Polished Gloucester have been servicing me for a couple of months now carrying out a weekly cleaning service. Their cleaners have been friendly, professional & reliable, the office are always responsive too. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a cleaner within the area.

Firstly I wanted to say a huge thank you!! I had been let down and I was desperate to get a deep clean done before family arrive for Christmas.. nothing was too much bother. I was told not to worry and it was in hand… the cleaner showed up promptly and performed her magic!.. my house is gleaming .. I definitely will be using again … hopefully on a weekly clean!!! Thank you again !.. highly recommend

I have a regular 4 hour weekly clean and I am always extremely pleased with the company and have recommended 5 people on my street who also say the same! 5 star service can’t go wrong!

I have been using the services of Well Polished for around 2 years now, the quality of clean is excellent & my cleaner is friendly & always goes the extra mile, for example she lets my dog out in the garden, puts any shopping away. Olivia in the office is always super helpful & is so friendly. Very happy with the service.

I was supposed to have a phone interview with thia company yesterday. Nobody called. When i called i got no answer, i left a message. Have had no reply. I also emailed and Recieved no response.I called again this morning and have still had no response.In response to your reply i have just emailed you again using the information on your website (the same information i used to contact you on the 7th jan)

Well polished started promisingly, providing me with a cleaner within a couple of weeks of contacting them. Unfortunately, things have not worked out well. The cleaning was not a good standard, the cleaner was using our kitchen equipment, and we have just found out she was trying to charge for additional hours to what she had done, which has been confirmed on CCTV. She then finished without notice and without returning our keys. Despite the numerous e-mails and phone calls to both Sue and Olivia at well polished to sort things out, neither have phone back or replied to my e-mails, I am really disappointed with the service as well as the standard of cleaner placed with us. I feel my only option is to leave a review of the situation well polished have left me in which is a shame as it only needed communication to resolve. I'm not sure what the agency fee covers as no effort has been made to provide a new cleaner or rectify the current situation.

Used for a deep clean and over the moon so now have a regular fortnightly clean.
