Absolutely useless website says open and it isn't, parcel wasn't able to be left, now they have managed to leave it for collection & shop shut at 2pm how can you offer click & collect if always closed & don't answer phone now can't get my item DON'T USE

It's my father's local newsagents. That's where I buy cigarettes and an occasional card or convenience item when I am in the area. Small shop, friendly staff.
