ultimate craft

Last Saturday I went to ultimate Craft in Crawley and was helped by Mr.Singh who was not only so, so lovely - but extremely knowledgeable. He not only showed me to what I needed, He also educated me about products I didn't know about. He truly made this experience even better than what it would have been! Lovely store, good range of products and fantastic staff. Will be coming back.

Over priced shop I pad £70 for my iPhone screen to be fixed it stopped working the same day when I rung the shop to tell them they was really rude and didn't care

This store has a wide selection of high quality fabrics at reasonable for prices. I say it's better than wilko

Prices are cheaper than other places, but wouldn’t recommend ordering from their website. Not only the delivery wasn’t so swift, but they messed up my order: out of 4 skeins I ordered, 2 were the wrong colour, so I can’t use them. Besides, it was all really terribly packaged in a plastic bag - very unprofessional.I phoned them to let them know about my issue and they offered either a 5 pound voucher or to email me a label to send the skeins back. I said I didn’t have a printer nor an envelope and they suggested I go to a print shop and just use any plastic bag. So much hassle… I asked if they could make a gesture and they said all they could do was the 5 pound voucher, which doesn’t even cover the price of one skein! So basically they made a mistake and didn’t really offer anything in compensation. I eventually accepted the label, and despite saying they’d email it to me later that day, they didn’t. Now I’m just stuck with two unusable skeins and out of the colours I needed.

This is a store that is a bit of a mix of things. You have some good range but of some low to mid level quality supplies for art and crafts, with other random things like phone supplies and unlocking. It's the less focused slightly lower quality of some of these products that lower the store.I witnessed a conversation between one of the owners and a customer where they were a little overly rude to the customer in a condescending way. Not outright mean, but not great service too. Just a touch above middle.of the road average for this store. Could do better.

Absolutely brilliant shop, I could spend hours browsing in here! Decent prices and good service. The pictures don't do the place justice - it's a proper treasure trove of craft supplies with a whole isle of yarn and patterns

Very rude person working in store today. when asking for assistance we were made to feel like we had bothered him. When we went to pay, the same person was on phone while we were paying barely gave any acknowledgment. Would not give copy of credit card receipt stated it’s not policy and called me rude for requesting one. Will not be giving repeat custom.

I can't say too much about this shop because I've only been in a couple of times to pickup specific ribbons and thread, because the opening hours clash with my working hours. However when I have been in I'm always excited by the huge selection of fabrics and other crafting supplies, that I know I could spend hours in there, hence the high rating.Also the staff were helpful, and it's worth noting that purchases below a certain amount (I think £5) have the be in cash.

This is by far the best fabric shop I have come across. I came from Brighton and wasn’t disappointed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The choice and quality is second to none and the prices are the best I’ve found so far! I was so happy with my purchases I will be using them exclusively now for all my fabric needs!

I always buy from this store it has greater selection and priced fairly. Way better than hobbycraft.
