Do not bother using for airport taxi does not turn up!!! Booked 24 hours in advance and received a text confirmation with booking reference and time date but no arrival! Called and said sorry was never booked! So now will potentially miss flights!

Waited an hour and a half in the depo for a cab with 2 girls sharing, when taxi eventually arrived depo staff put 3 more in the cab.On leaving each person home everyone was charged full fare to their drop off point, taxi driver charging £75 in total to glengormley via rathcool and newtownabbey

Rang twice and confirmed the booking ...rang the 3rd time to be told its not booked now we don't take telephone bookings...disgrace...don't run a taxi firm if you have no idea how to speak to the vert people who pay your wage

Used for a while and kept giving them chances even tho half the time I booked the day before they never showed up in the morning. Unorganised, kept saying they had nothing written for it. Completely gave up on them when I was left in a dangerous road at night waiting 40min for a taxi when I had booked it 2h in advance and called to confirm 30min prior to the pick up time. The drivers are nice enough just a very unorganised company. Not reliable so unfortunately had to move on.

Courtesy Cabs is accurately named, as the experience from first phone call to cheerful coordinator, through to incoming txt confirmation, through to prompt pick-up at appointed arrival time, further through to agreed price to Airport by comfortable car driven by genial and pleasant driver. Will recommend them and use them again.

I am going up & down to the RVH. A stressful time. The arrival times were fast, the drivers have been lovely and friendly. It makes all the difference when your taxi journey puts you at your ease. I won't use any other firm now.
