Notices up everywhere advising that customers not wearing face coverings will be asked to leave but nobody was wearing them and nobody was asked to leave.Washing machines only accept pound coins so even if you have the correct change (which I did) you still get robbed. Had no choice but to pay £7 for a £6.40 wash and had to pay £6 for a £5.40 wash. Basically had £1.20 stolen from me. Muppets who own the place shot themselves in the foot with this lowdown, dirty, devious trick. I would have spent more than £1.20 in the dryers but refused to use the dryers at all on the principal that I can't stand being ripped off.And there was nobody on site to complain to about the daylight robbery. Lazy bar stewards not being at work at that time.

Awful machines. They were dirty and my duvet has come out of the dryer (I assume) its from the dryer or washing machine absolutely stinking!! Ive had to re wash somewhere else. Someone please contact me regarding a refund because I am not happy at all!

The launderette is a self service operation. People in particular new customers need to understand you are using the machines yourselves and it is your responsibility to check the machines first and you are using them properly. In the case of the spinner you need to place a heavy item such as jeans or towels over lighter items. I am sorry but you elected to use self service so really is up to you how you choose to use them

DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRETTE. The clothes spinner has shredded my designer joggers and owner is rude and accepts nothing when there is clearly a fault with the machine and I have read it has happened to others too. Owner is rude and put the phone down on me.

Clean tidy, handy to go +dry washing +good price, very busy

Open from 7.30am to 7.15pm. When I visited it was a quiet time and l was able to use the largest washer and dryer and was finished in about an hour. The washer and dryer both takes 20p and pound coins. The laundromat is kept clean and tidy.

washer are £4 £5 £6 and £9 as of 3rd November 2023. Spinner not 2x20p as stated it £1 sign needs to be updated on that. Bring plenty of change with you £1 coins and 20p's as no change machine or card reader for change to be given.

I visited this place to wash a duvet that was too big for a domestic washing machine. The place was very clean and tidy. I used a large washing machine which went through all the cycles but when I tried to take the duvet out it was ringing wet. I later found out that this machine did not spin. There was no out of order sign on the washer to point out that it did not spin. Therefore I had no option but to put the duvet into the spinner. When I took it out of the spinner it was shredded. I phoned the owner, Mr Francis, who was very rude and he refused to accept any responsibility even though he admitted that he knew that the machine wasn't working properly. He had no customer care skills whatsoever. I will not be returning.

The place was clean and tidy but I found to use the dryer was washers were quite pricey . Also I had to keep going to the shop for change for the machines
