Food took a LOT longer than usual.Staff were messing around in front of customers.Drive through operator looked like she wanted to be absolutely anywhere else.Missing items in takeaway bag.

We visited late in the day for dinner. The time to get the food is long but the food is great. When we had our food we took a seat and were told by a young male waiter that we cant eat the food in there, i asked why and was told they had closed the inside but we could eat on a bench outside instead, we did and as we were sat there we watched a full family sit down inside and enjoy their meal unbothered by the staff. Why they were allowed to eat inside and we weren’t im not sure but it left us feeling singled out

Chose to dine in for the first time, the place is filthy which is a huge shame as I do enjoy the food (could be seasoned more) and the staff are always super friendly on the drive thrus. The doors, floors, toilets, tables, order screens and even the windows look like they've never been cleaned. I know these things can never be perfect but it needs a lot of work to even meet the bare minimum.

This is a review of Taco Bells delivery service via Justeat. Food was good, really worth about 3.5 *, wish we could do .5 of a star on Google maps. The food was delivered fairly quickly and on time. The food was wrapped well. The cheese wrap was tasty. The taco was decent, can't say too much about it as I've only eaten a couple of tacos in my life.

Poor customer service. Said to my partially sighted mother with a magnifying glass heres a free drink" and handed her a cup with a hole in the bottom. Very funny. She's not a teenager. Its unprofessional and really weird bullying a customer! Got a refund

Restaurant was nearly empty however tables not cleaned and sticky, around drinks dispenser a lot of drinks spills. Toilets..... Disgusting. Sticky floor, mirror so dirty you cannot even see yourself...smell... Drama!! Food was alright but eating it in a not cleaned environment was not a pleasure. Next time definitely will choose to go to McDonald's over there is always cleaned and ready.

Ordered my order drove round and checked my order on the way home noticed a crunch wrap supreme was missing, Went back and they re made the whole order, refunded the crunch wrap and gave excellent service.

The fries were so old they were cold and like rubber. I'd waited long enough a few more minutes for fresh food wouldn't have hurt . Taco was ok ish but I've had better in other branches. Churros were old and stale too. Wouldn't visit here again The whole meal , service and attitude had no redeeming features, it's surrounded by food places, go somewhere else.

Today I was there with my son to eat something. The place was very dirty. Both tables and chairs and a place where food is prepared. Never again
