Like most local Matalan stores but twice as big.We went in to look at cases, and there were so many there that we nearly missed the holiday looking at them all.Seriously though, they do have a lot there.

Good Matalan in a smallish retail park. All the usual departments & decent stuff at reasonable prices. There are food outlets in the retail park too.

The only problem with this store is massive queues with never enough human bodies on tills just self serve. If you do click and collect all prepare for a lengthy wait. If they sorted this out it would be a great store

Not the best Matalan store I've been in, but not the worst either. As usual, stock of larger sized items is extremely limited. Staff are ok, but far from exceptional.

MATALAN -PARKWAY-SHEFFIELD. No shop assistants at all, size selection for anyone over a size 32 jacket and 28 trouser is non existent.Other mens sizes are available online, but then you have no way of trying it on for size.Not at all like it used to be before the pandemic where stock was good and there was a customer service desk.

utterly uselessCompletely and utterly useless. Ordered a shirt to be delivered to the Sheffield branch. They charged me, which apparently means it has been dispatched. But two visits to the shop and after much queuing, it was decided it was lost. So I asked for my money back. Not possible, apparently. I have to write to head office. In this day and age? Soon, this lot will go bust. Useless!

I do often find good value things in here, and with free parking, the convenience of the shops close by, its definitely remembering is there.It is a shame the tills aren't quicker but hey ho!

The shop order has been swapped about now it's kids clothes far left as you enter...then woman's then men's the household.... signs not the best. Prices are fair, has gone up in some parts. Slightly behind fashion for younger adults. More for aunty's and Grandmas....they are trying to get fashionable for example the long cardigan look and midi dress with leggings. Very minimal.Needs more mirrors to check items. Shop does seem more quiet than usual.

Found alot more choice at the parkway branch that a more local one.The only thing that let's this store down is its disgusting, filthy changing rooms. There's balls of dust all over the floor along with other rubbish . And Customers are expected to try on new clothes in that condition. Not acceptable. All that's needed is a brush and mop along with the rest of the store.
