Hammer & Tongs Cafe
Today we visited thecafe while our car was being serviced across the rd.Unfortunately as soon as we arrived my husband was unwell, the Lady & gentleman were excellent &most helpful which was greatly appreciated,by us both.Couldnt ask for more caring people Thank You both,will be returning to have the breakfast we missed. Had an absolutely fantastic large breakfast here this morning, i asked if they could do poached eggs (which they will do if the café is not to busy in the morning) the eggs, black pudding, sausages, tomatoes and hash brows where done to perfection.If you are out and about, not just to shop at the Selco branch where it is situated upstairs, it's well worth the visit.

The food and the staff here at Hammer & Tongs are good. Especially the staff, they are so friendly. I had the chicken curry with rice, poppadom and mango chutney. It was beautiful and well needed as i was hank marvin. The whole menu looks inviting, i will have to return when im in Selco again or having my Land Rover serviced next. Builders coffee was really nice too.Thank you for your nice food and excellent hospitality (though i cannot say what is it on here, i was really appreciative). Hopefully be back soon :) .
