After constantly hounding the garage over the bank holiday not knowing they were closed, we were starting to lose faith in viewing the Mini for my daughter BUT Carmelo called me the moment they opened and we viewed the car on the Tuesday.Both Carmelo and Carlo are extremely friendly, not the typical pushy car salesmen and they were happy to offer help where they can. My faith was restored immediately!My daughter is so so happy with her first car and absolutely loves the colour of her Mini One. Fantastic family run business.Initially spoke with Carlos on Tuesday, by Thursday I had a brand new beautiful car.Every call was professional with him going above and beyond to guide me through the process.On arrival to collect the car, Carlos was on hand to take us through the ins and outs of every aspect of the vehicle, we went on a test drive in which he allowed us to test the features of the car to get the full experience.Between Carlos and his brother they handled all the contracts, warranty, AA breakdown cover and even purchased our existing car for a fantastic price!Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to sell/finance/purchase well maintained vehicles!
