Excellent service from start to finish. Even though I made things complicated by pulling out of one deal, this was not an issue and Ryan just moved forward quickly with the second property and made it happen in great time. I'd highly recommend Spearing Waite to anyone getting on the property ladder.

We used Spearing Waite for our wills in 2016, upon contacting Knights who took them over, they stated they do not have our wills. They sent a letter stating it was aborted but this was a 2017 letter for an amendment I wanted that I then cancelled. We have the original and I was wanting to amend the address as we were moving house. They have no records. Shocking really, especially after paying around £500 for it! I suggest you check their records after a year or so in case they've lost your documents too.

It was one of the best decisions we've made and definitely our pleasure to have Ryan being our solicitor. We have tight deadline due to contract reassignment and unit being completely soon, Ryan has been very proactive and responsive in terms of preparing the necessary document, reaching out to developer, solicitor, mortgage provider and keeping us well informed. Piet Van Gelder did an excellent job for me in recovering monies owed to me by a contractor, and more recently Ryan Hill has done a fantastic job in a complex residential property transaction ensuring everything ran smoothly and came together on time in the end.
