The Brewers Arms
Lovely setting with a great beer garden for outdoor eating. Basic good pub menu cooked and presented to a superb standard. Pleasant, friendy and very helpful staff. Good value. Two of us eat for £40.00. Well behaved dogs permitted in the Beer garden.

Lovely rural pub for lunch. Beautiful peaceful garden area and very comfortable inside as well. We cycled there and easy to park bikes securely. Food excellent and good value. Lots of vegetarian options. Tasty well kept ale from the barrel. Thank you

Booked a room through a travel agency used by my company. When I arrived staff said they had no record of the booking. Luckily they had a room free and were able to get it cleaned and ready for me in the time it took me to drink a pint of the very nice local ale. Staff were super helpful and accomodating and got everything sorted for me. The staff made every effort to apologise, even though it clearly wasn't their fault! They went above and beyond to make me feel very welcome. Lovely local pub with fantastic food. Would highly reccomend!

Lovely out of the way pub. Friendly staff. Offer Gluten Free options which is always a bonus. I visited for my birthday and enjoyed a pie without pastry, peas and mash. Did not pay so not sure on price - my guy thought his pie was okay but not amazing. They happily swapped peas for onion rings for him. I would go again for the atmosphere and friendliness.

We had Sunday lunch at the Brewers Arms for my birthday and it was excellent. Three of us chose the vegetarian option as it was a squash Wellington, it was really lovely to not see a dull nutroast on the menu. It was delicious and packed with filling. There was a great selection of vegetables with huge roast potatoes, parsnip, carrot, red cabbage, swede and a yorkshire pudding. My mum really enjoyed her roast chicken. My husband managed to fit in a pudding - a chocolate brownie with cream, which was really very lovely. Great service, the staff were all super!

We were bought a voucher for a meal here.We decided to have Sunday Lunch today....we were not disappointed. We had looked at the menu online so knew what we were going to order however when we got there the menu was slightly different. When the lady asked what we would like I explained my husband need a few more minutes to choose because the menu in front of us didn't have what he had chosen. The lady then offered my husband exactly what he had seen on the website without us even telling her his choice. She also offered him the choice of veg or chips( she gave him both!)The meal was fabulous, hot and tasted amazing. We were so full we had to say no to pudding lol.We will definitely be back..the food and customer service was fabulous...Thank you x

Went as wanted a nice lunch, was not disappointed. The young male staff member was honestly wonderful, a real credit to the establishment. The food was lovely and fairly prices for the quality and the portion.

We had Sunday lunch at The Brewers Arms today. The food was excellent. Well seasoned, a wonderful array of vegetables which were cooked to perfection. Cauliflower and broccoli cheese was very tasty. We'll definitely visit next time we're in the area.

We were on holiday locally and had booked for an evening meal for 4 people, only intended to have one evening meal. We (all 4 of our party)enjoyed the service and food very much, so we booked for a further 2 evenings. Great food, great service, and pleasant atmosphere. We will have this place on our list next time we are in the area.

Came here by chance and don't regret it- it was honestly amazing! The staff were really friendly and the food was amazing (special shout-out to the espresso martini, honestly the best I've ever had) if you're in the village, be sure to stop by- really good value too and amazing portions. They're very good with allergies and can't recommend them enough
