Do not buy a aquarium from these people .our aquarium split down side .they say the glass isn't covered .

Would avoid! We brought a aqua one horizon it was delivered and the door units are missing after speaking with them and emailing them and promising the doors will be sent out next day delivery they still haven't been sent out. I keep chasing them to be told the same thing! I would not recommend this company and I would look elsewhere I'm over 1 month in and still chasing and waiting for doors for our fish tank!

Contacted aqua pacific by telephone and the customer service and level of help/advice i received was fantastic. Very friendly, patient and informative.

Slow tip 5 hours

Aquarium started leaking a couple of weeks after the warranty expired, they said they couldn't replace or even fix it. Leaked into the downstairs flat and damaged the stand as well. They said the stand wasn't covered under warranty. I've had aquariums from many manufacturers in the past and never had a problem until now. Cost me hundreds of pounds, absolute nightmare, avoid Aqua One at all costs!

I can't even be bothered to list all of the missed marks. That's how little I care about this place. Never shop here unless you're looking for sushi.

My experience is with the Aqua one oakstyle 230 aquarium, nice large viewing space to see all fish.Lights make the colours of the fish pop ,vary happy to start with .Some negatives. the filtre I feel could do with an upgrade as it didn't seem powerful enough to give good water flow around the tank, so i added a second filter.The openings at the back of the tank to fit pipes and cables etc they are not very big ,could be bigger .the glass lids are an accident waiting to happen as the plastic sides barely hold the glass in place .and worst of all .the tank split just out of its 1 year warrenty .I was told by aque one they would look at it if I got the tank back to them or world of water the shop I bought it from ,after returning the tank to them they came to the conclusion that it was down to me as I must have knocked the tank from above.i called Aqua one and asked them to look into my query of possible reason for break of where the tank was supposedly hit,because in infact its where the lights are clamped on and potentially putting pressure and stress on the glass when moving the lights up and down every time to clean the tank .(Keeping discus that was 3 times a week)Making it a defect in the tank design.Aque one we're supposed to call backBut no reply as yet over 3 months ago.its impossible to knock the back and top as the tank as its over 4.5 feet high .I used a set of steps to get above to clean .not holding my breath for a response from them going forwardDate of experience: 05 November 2022

Do not buy from aqua pacific, or should I say aqua one. Bought a aqua one aqua aspire 55 litre only 2 years ago. Split spontaneously down the side as another review says.Their reply? 'We do not cover glass breakages under any circumstances on our warranty' 'This isn’t a In regards to your other systems, so long as you’re happy that the tanks are place on a level surface/floor, the tanks aren’t in a position where they’re likely to take knocks' Clearly implying it was my fault. NOPE design flaw. They don't care. Avoid them. Avoid them completely.I've checked other reviews of this tank ' aqua one aqua aspire 55 litre ' and they all say the same thing, cracked on the corner with the curved glass. A picture i saw on another review also showed the exact same corner breaking as mine! This is a bigger problem than they care to admit. Avoid the company. They don't care about their product once they have your money. Disgusting.Awful company. I used to hold them in such high regards.my picture shows the crack taped. This is because i used the tape to hold back the water while I tried to rescue my fish. Thankfully none died but i can't say the same for my flooring!!!

Contacted Aqua Pacific in regards to my AquaOne Vogue 170 led lights being faulty. Although it's past the tanks 12 month warranty they have been so helpful in rectifying the issue. I have been an AquaOne customer for over 10 years and my first tank I purchased (AquaOne 300 Marine) is still going strong. I find their customer service is second to none and any issues I've had have always been rectified quickly and efficiently. I would never go to another company for an aquarium.
