Great value but the staffs were not very friendly and not enthusiastic. It took a long time to make two drinks and the taste was just alright. Not the best bubble tea shop

Love to come here for some cold bubble tea on a hot day. So many delicious flavours and so many options of toppings (in the picture you have a Large Pudding Tea with Blueberry Juiceballs) They even have wlsweet treats for you to enjoy as well as ramen pots that they make for you! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

The variety of options for bubble tea here are amazing but the waiting time, with only one person behind the counter, is appalling!I chose cherry tea with blueberry pearls & ice. Really refreshing and tasted amazing!Just sort the wait times and staffing issues out.

Worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. The tapioca pearls were soggy and mushy, even looked wrinkly for some reason. The tea itself tasted watered down and had no flavour. The consistency was weird. A few toppings were out of stock. The seating area is decent. The music was obnoxious. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

Welcome back to R&H's crazy reviews,This time we are finding out what bubbles to the surface at Marui Bubble Tea.When ordering, quite a few of the bobas were out of stock and service was so so. Indoor seating was provided but some tables were sticky and the seating area was small. As for the the drinks themselves, they were nothing to write home about but were reasonably priced. £4 for a medium, £4.50 for a large. One of my favourite places in Cambridge! Great for any weather as can get your tea hot or cold. My personal favourite is cold one and is so refreshing. Staff are always very professional and friendly. Once my son dropped my drink on the floor and despite being busy they got me a new one instantly for free. Great variety of choices. Very tasty!

Has always been my go-to place since before 2018. When it was called Ooshi, the service was much better, it seemed like they cared more, they always had full supply of all the drinks, and the overall atmosphere was more inviting. Nowadays, the staff don't care too much and the decorations have dulled down.The prices have stayed consistent with a large for £4.50
