In my experience they employ one gem of a lady that has been looking after my father in law. The rest have been ‘iffy’ to say the least. Very poor and rude management

I’ve had cleaners for over 10 years now, and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had.The price is almost double what I’ve always paid and therefore there is an expectation of the service that wasn’t met.Worse still is the customer service which is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in any field of the service industry.Promised calls never returned, weeks missed due to cleaners holiday and no replacement put in place.Honestly for £17+ an hour I’d find someone else for half the price and twice the customer service!!

My experience with Home Straight has been unsatisfactory. The quality of service and care has been mixed, varying from excellent to poor. There is a lack of communication and their handling of queries or problems is terrible. Jobs not completed when asked and a general patronising rude attitude when you ring to raise caring issues. I would not recommend them to anyone. Today they removed all care for my elderly disabled Dad with dementia with no notice over ongoing problems with inadequate staff. They have now blocked myself and my husband in an attempt to hide our reviews.

My auntie lives in Oakham which is 70miles away. I'd heard good things about Home Straight and contacted them to see if they could help her. I thought they were really reasonably priced especially considering that you can't put a price on peace of mind! They are reliable, trustworthy, a lovely team who do a great job. I've been so pleased with the cleaning service I've had from Home Straight. Our cleaner always leaves the house spotless and let's me know when she's going to be here. I would strongly recommend Home Straight to anyone. Friendly, efficient service, always polite and considerate.

Always helpful in, often, difficult circumstances. The carers are cheerful, willing and kind. Couldn't manage without them.

Home Straight in my opinion are simply the best by far, the carers that looked after my father these past years are second to none and once you log into Home Straight's birdie app, you have the ability to read each carers report on their visit, ie: time of log in, log out, what the patient had to eat and drink, toilet visits, mobility and mood, if the carer has any concerns at their time of visit, they call the office, who act when necessary to call for a doctor or ambulance, I cannot praise Home Straight enough for the peace of mind they gave me and the care & reassurance their palliative team gave to my father.
