I broke down in Gillingham and made the call to be rescued, Justin turned up. I've only broke down a couple of times in my life but this was definitely the best. The most helpful, entertaining person ever. Nothing was too much. A positive, can do attitude made the time go really quickly. Thanks

We had rather a tricky job moving a vehicle that required a huge amount if restoration. After a failed attempt with another company Autorenovations delivered quickly and professionally. They had to deal with countless calls with me adding bits of info, changing destinations etc and did their best on every occasion to assist or were very clear about any parts they thought they may not be able to deliver. Really excellent service from start to finish. I have no doubt we will use again if another recovery is required.

We thought we had a major crisis on our hands until Justin pitched up, immediately he arrived, we felt safe in the knowledge that he would get us and our motor home back home safely. He was first class, cheerful, super efficient yet very professional. Every company could do with Justin. Thankyou

Was waiting 7 hours for a mechanic to come out and charge my cars flat battery with a power pack. When he got there at 1:30am his power pack was not powerful enough. My car is a standard 2L diesel. When he spoke to his office to get another mechanic with a more powerful pack. They were unhelpful said to leave me with a flat battery and I should call my breakdown service at 6am. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, don't have correct tools and equipment.

Warning to anyone in Kent area this company is the WORST. Totally unprofessional and rude.He caused damage to the car due to total incompetence. When he arrived he proceeded to yank on the engine cover forcefully without attempting to remove either electrical connections or air filter pipes. This resulted in snapped connection, he said that he would glue this back on rather than replace the part.He finally succeded in removing air filter pipe but could not remove elec connections, continued yanking.They sent another person as we voiced our concerns about the first guy. He was also very rude and defended his colleagues actions (of breaking a part by being heavy handed).The next guy said it shouldn't be glued and it was our fault because it had already been glued (at some point before purchasing the car). Either way he broke it and was then rude about it.The second he was questioned on his methods he said that the broken pipe had been glued before and told us that 'people were normally grateful' for his help. He then said 'he would just leave it then'.Utterly unprofessional from the moment he arrived.When you're broken down this is the last kind of person you want 'helping' you.

My insurance policy had breakdown and they contracted the breakdown to auto renovation.I received a text and call from auto renovation saying be with you in around 60-90 minutes and was told their engineer is in the same location as me so should be within that time or sooner.I live in Chatham, I broke down in Gillingham, I was told the engineer was in Gillingham and auto renovation is in Rochester so I was convinced all would be ok, was early afternoon time and local area traffic was ok.Nearly 2 hours later I called auto renovation to see what was happening, I was told the engineer is still dealing with the previous breakdown in Gillingham.Nearly another hour later auto renovation called me to say their engineer had to go home for personnel reasons and they weren't sure how long another engineer would be, maybe another hour or maybe they may need to get another contractor.Obviously it was now dark, cold and my phone was getting low.Auto renovation were not professional at all and should not be trading as a breakdown company if they can't deal with an easy local breakdown.I ended up getting a member of public helping me getting my van started and I limped it a few miles home.I will no longer put breakdown cover on my insurance policies and will purchase a national independent service.

Gavin attended a breakdown call today after my 2 year old granddaughter was locked in my car. The company prioritised the call and were out within about 20 minutes. Gavin promptly worked his magic and she was out within 3 minutes. Very impressed with the service, thank you!

I’m unsure of the man’s name that picked my car up today, but as a company you need to keep this man at all costs.My car was ploughed into by a van 2 days ago while it was parked outside my house, and today my car was collected.The man that did the collection was very professional, efficient and was able to answer all the questions I had.He also gave me valuable advice too and made what was going to be sad experience- losing my car, into one where I felt comfortable seeing it go.If you’re reading this, thank you so much for today.

Not a good experience with this company today. Roadside assistance diagnosed a fault that a mechanic who seemed completely out of his depth then tried to fix, causing further damage to the car; he informed me he would fix this with 'strong adhesive'.Second mechanic arrived upon my request who proceeded to tell me that the part had been glued in the past as a result of a bodged repair (the same repair that the first mechanic had said that he would do to rectify his mistake). This mechanic promptly diagnosed the cause of the breakdown as requiring recovery.An able mechanic should surely have;A: realised that the fault could not be fixedroadside thus getting us on our wayB: realised that using force on plastic components is not wiseC: suggested and offered an appropriate repair to the damage he had caused through incompetenceShocked that admiral use this company for roadside assistance and recovery.
