Another terrible experience with this disgusting place. Your staff need re training and then re training again. It’s ridiculous how much you get wrong! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever used.

It's no longer fast food you have to wait for delivery driver constantly I'm get feed up with this it used to take 3 minutes to get an order now your left to wait and if you complain its that's how it is now slow service no longer fast food restaurant

Apart from the fact that the driver was really friendly, I wouldn’t recommend deliveries from this branch, just ordered £25 worth of food and everything is cold, not to mentioned they updated the delivery time at least 3 times. When speaking to driver he advised I was his second customer so the food should be hot unless it sat at McDonalds for a while before he picked it up which ended up being the case - tried contacting the branch but obviously no answer. Didn’t even provide straws for the drinks neither. I don’t understand how a fast food branch struggles with basics of their service so much..it’s a joke. Just to add food turning up cold is a norm for this branch, won’t be ordering from here again.

Asked for a sweet curry dip and the indian woman working there deadass pretended to put the dip in my bag, I went home and no dips. Mf wanted the curry dip so bad, shoulda just told me I woulda asked for BBQ or Ketchup

Every time we order, there’s always something that goes wrong. Don’t think we’ve ever had a correct order! Tonight we had a missing burger and nuggets (sealed bag so were not put in there by the restaurant). They won’t help. Uber Eats customer service won’t do anything but a partial refund. We spent £16 (out of £25) on basically chips and a happy meal! That were also cold and inedible. We will no longer be ordering. Avoid at all costs, if ordering online. Shoddy service. Had no dinner and £16 down the drain for nothing.

Few stories1) waited 20 for a singular fruit bag and still nothing… had to walk up to the counter and ask. Girl went and got a Fruit Shoot. Came back with a fruit bag. No apology.2) this one’s quite common: ordering a grilled chicken wrap and getting crispy. Not the end of the world but it’s more calories.3) ordered a singular small fries and took 15 minutes and still nothing. Had to go up myself because I had my whole group of friends waiting on me. They had all got their much other orders so I’m not sure why mine would take longer4) I was order number 68. They call order 68 I go up and get it but a guy gets it instead. My order was a singular wrap and the large bag he took looked quite full so I was very confused and embarrassed. Not even a minute later order 68 is called again and it’s a small bag with a wrap inside. Very confused still.To be fair what do you expect

Always busy as its main McDonald's in town they have high standards but always have a lot of people as well as school kids so if u want to have a chilled out time go to the other one

Ordered on app to table, and chips were tepid for 2 people. Went 2 days ago and did same for 4 people and same result. Answer = Don't order for delivery to table as sits on side for too long.
