Very pleased with my experience here - I took my expensive Gaming PC in as it had developed a fault. I had to leave it in the shop for a few hours but the team called me back on the same day having diagnosed the problem. Diagnosis costs were very reasonable.One important thing to note is that it was immediately obvious to me that these guys know and love (gaming) PCs. They ask all the right questions about your PC, not just the easy superficial ones. Their industry experience also speaks of people who have worked in this field for a long time and know their stuff while still managing to keep up to date with the latest trends.Highly recommendable!

Excellent service. Rabah diagnosed a faulty hard drive which needed to be replaced. I dropped off the laptop on Wednesday afternoon and picked it up Friday afternoon. Super quick, no issues. A really professional service, highly recommended.

Optimum replaced the hard disk in my laptop this week. It was completed within 24 h and when returned everything that was in place when I gave over my pc was there and intact when returned. An excellent good value service. Thank you Rabah.

Second time I've taken a laptop to these guys when i thought it was totally dead, and both times they managed to bring it back to life for a lot less than the cost of a new one. Also very friendly and great communication about how things were going with a complicated job of data recovery and parts replacement. Thoroughly recommended!
