Hama Movement with Joy

This is my second session with Shirley. Every time I come out of my massage from Shirley I feel totally lifted and lighter. My whole body can breath and my muscle feel supple.Michelle O

The more I workout with Hama movement with joy, the smaller I get, the more energy I have, the more confident I feel , the healthier and happier in myself I am. I strongly recommend her workouts.So many times I have woken up feeling down and fed up like I can't go on any more only to do her workouts that are tough and push me beyond what I thought was possible for me to achieve and then I skip home when I have finished as if the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.

When I first started my treatment I was walking on and off with crutches and was very over weight due to my medication. However since starting my treatments my body is so much stronger. Ive lost weight and no more crutches in a while actually. Highly recommended!
