Eco Scooters

Walked in shop and the owner Knocked me £500 off a £1500 scooter straight away. So just goes to show how over priced scooters are in the shop. Same scooter on the Internet new is £1100!I rang to part exchange my scooter to be told with my part exchange they would offer me £995. So the offered me nothing for my scooter really!!!I explained I had been offered the scooter at that price with out part exchange and the lady said the owner who offered it you at that would not be making any profit. I explained no one sells anything for zero profit! !!I spoke to the owner who would not take my scooter part exchange which was OK. But the prices are fabricated and I feel these people pray on the vulnerable with there made up prices and lies.Would not recommend at all. Be very aware. Take someone with you and do your research before hand!!Best of luck finding your scooter!

Buyers beware, Eco Scooters are a rip off, I purchased a second hand scooter from them for £700 ised it 4 times it then broke down, they said it was beyond repair, they gave me £30 scrap value, this is how they treat disabled people so beware, go somewhere else for your mobility , I had to give them 1 star to post this review otherwise they would of got none.

What a great selection and choice on offer was looking for a freind and was recommended these guys in worksop have to say they was patient with all my endless questions and nothing was too much trouble. The most difficult decision is what colour I’m thinking the blue one personally but will definitely be making a purchase as it’s very affordable for the quality of product.

It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional company. I wasn't sure of what the best option was for us and ended up spending all afternoon in the shop going through them. The time spent with us proved they care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Walked into the shop for some advice on a wheel for my scooter,before I had said a word the guy said to me absolutely no chance,without listening to what I had to say followed by the worst ignorant customer service I have ever encountered.

Friendly staff always willing to help. A good selection of new and used scooters there is a area for blue badge holders to park on street but best not to go during peak time as its near town and parking outside is not always possible.

I was sold 'puncture proofing that cost about 65 and was led to believe that would save me any hassle with punctures in the future.Fast forward 6 weeks and I have a puncture, only to be told I owe another £45 for a new tube. This is now NOT puncture proof so I basically wasted my money at the start. Maybe you should be clear when selling products and not rip people off for every penny they have. The attitude of this man is horrendous.no customer service what so ever.Since he would not refund etc and nothing can be changed for me, I would just advise anyone to use a different scooter shop.
