Third class after sales service. Bought a gold ring online but dint like it. Took it to Leeds shop for a refund but the lady there has no idea how to deal with online customers. She is only concerned about customers in her shop. Had to return it online.

As a solicitor I will inform you that you do not have any control of the general public taking photos of your windows. They are NOT copyrighted displays. Copyright doesnt work that way. Individual designs may be copyrighted. You just look daft barking orders at photographers that are false. You have no expectation of privacy in public.

Sorting return for a ring has got to be hard work, no reply from messages to them. No phone number what aloud of rubbish, they have received my return no confirmation about refund. PS always check reviews not very good warren james!!!!!

Appalled at new policy. I went to buy a gold chain but not sure on size etc. so I asked to compare 2. Was told I have to pay for both of them before I can view them. If they are not required the money will be refunded but it takes 5 days to refund. I will not pay out nearly £600 for 2 items when I only want 1 then not be able to go elsewhere if not suitable because Warren James are earning interest on my money!!!!. If this is a security measure then why not have a private viewing area. Do not humiliate yourselves or your staff who have to take the abuse from some customers regarding this policy.

My ex husband and I go to Warren James multiple times each year for our daughters birthday and Christmas presents. The jewellery is beautiful and doesn't irritate her skin. The prices are fantastic for those on a budget and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great shop and I highly recommend a visit.
