Had a few issues with my X5 over heating car was taken in and an expensive repair was called for ! The car is out of its warranty but Sam took on the case with BMW who agreed to fund it in full. Sam arranged a car replacement for me in the same class as my own vehicle and has kept me updated all through the process , the car was returned today in fantastic condition with two super polite delivery drivers . Credit due on this one well done to all concerned especially Sam. .

I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a car! Have been coming here for years as on a pcp and the service has always been phenomenal. I walk out of there beaming like a Cheshire cat having been found my perfect car for my budget with an outstanding service experience.

SpammersI have absolutely no idea who they are, or where they got my details from. Keep getting phone calls from one of their numbers.Phone number is TPS registered, therefore what they are doing is illegal. Would you really want to do business with a company like that ?Reported to ICO, and blocked.Best of luck with the up-coming GDPR - it's there to catch out spammers like you, with nice big fines.

Avoid their Borehamwood branch like the plague. The service department is abysmal. Disinterested, lackadaisical, rude, greedy and virtually uncontactable if you have an issue. You have been warned.

Simply awful, avoid at all costs. They will supply a car with a fault, fail to fix, palm you off to an outside garage and wash their hands of all responsibility. If you need a loan car they need 2 to 3 weeks notice apparently. My car has now spent 11 weeks and counting in repair within 6 months ownership plus 7 weeks waiting to go in for repair. If you want a refund you are expected to lose all your monthly pay,ments even though you haven't had use if the car.ihey promise plenty and deliver nothing. in person in the showroom are pleasant enough but never return calls, never keep you posted, you have to chase them all the time and the sales manager is downright misleading and obfuscating.BMW finance are little, they do nothing for weeks in end waiting 3 weeks for a reply to an email, a other two weeks not maiing a single phone call to investigate.Nobody accepts any responsibility, the buck is passed to each other constantly.

Excellent service was provided by Sam Vick (Service Advisor) in getting my car repaired to a safe work condition again. I will always try to get his assistant in the future when in Group 1.
