The Radiator Centre

This company has been extremely helpful in locating and supplying two unusual radiators from Italy on our behalf. Nothing was ever to much trouble. A genuine pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

It was a below average service. I thought shopping local (and paying more than I would online) was the right thing to do...The senior staff at the Radiator Centre often had an utterly dismissive manner over the phone sadly. They talk over you and don't listen and get annoyed by a very normal range of questions. The more junior staff frequently just didn't return calls. To be clear this was true BEFORE the pandemic and lockdown too.The radiator had a leak when installed, which wasn't the fault of The Radiator Centre, the manufacturer MHS did at least send a replacement without any quibble. I'm very glad I was able to resolve that with the manufacturer directly as I was dreading having to get the shop involved.

Sasha was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and we came away very impressed with the service and subsequently place our order by telephone.Happy days.

I would highly recommend the Brighton Radiator Centre. They have a good selection of radiators in the shop but also access to even more choice with different manufacturers. So many colours, styles, sizes etc. Sacha Ferreria assisted us in our puchases and she was very knowledgeable, patient and we looking forward to getting our new radiators installed.

He was patient with our questions which has resulted in us receiving an amazing radiator, just what we wanted and is admired by all who visit. In my experience this is great shop with super helpful, friendly responsive staff. I've bought low temp T30 radiators and towel rails for my air source heat pump system. Lovely contemporary products too.
