Wonder World Soft Play

We brought our 10 month old and had a fab time. We visited midweek in the morning, in term time, and it was very quiet. The under 4s soft play is great until they are about 2 id say and then they probably just need to go in the other areas. It was quiet so we did try the big slides - we didn’t take the 10 month on those though obviously. It’s a really fun place, they should really open it up to adults on evenings sometimes as it’s huge and super fun.The only letdown are the toilets, they stink and are pretty rundown.

Amazing space for kids to enjoy. They have spaces organised to cater different age groups. It’s very lovely to see the grandparents enjoying with their grandkids and having a good time.There are these toy stations and games, they are basically rigged and coming from a 3rd party vendor, not wonder world.The cafeteria is amazing. And they also have party halls for private events.Highly recommend to visit if you have a toddler.

We came here on Saturday 9th December for a birthday celebration. Can I just say that the whole place is FILTHY!!!No tables had been cleared, the floor was covered in food and the toilets were not clean.There was a MOUSE in the toddlers part of the play area!!The main area for older childrenWas dirty on the plastic surfaces.I really should have taken photos and sent them to the Environmental Health.This place should be shut down for a deep clean.Two of our grandchildren were sick the next day, perhaps good poisoning, hard to prove.

i used to come here every so often with my little one for over a year, the quality used to be a lot better, since new management and staff it has taken a toll. I had my sons birthday party in February this year and there was a lovely girl (cant for the life of me remember her name only that she had these huge eyelashes) was very attentive and the only staff who seemed bothered. She used to be in everytime me and my son would go but hasn’t for months it’s a shame as there are no familiar faces as staff are coming and going. no one seems to be interested in working or doing their jobs as slides are never opened and same with the karts it’s honestly a shame and for the price as well, would rather take my child to a smaller business with better staff and policies.

Could be a lot better if the place felt clean. There is a lot of dust in places that you think would be cleaned. Some of the tubes and slides are very greasy where they clearly are not cleaned daily, and if they are not to a very good standard. Apart from that, lots and lots of great courses and very big for the money it costs to enter. My child loves it

I regularly take my daughters (2-5) there and they enjoy it. Staff are good helpful.Food is ok. The only thing that needs to be improved is the hygiene in the toilets. Bleach could help to get rid of the smell. And general hygiene could be improved.I recommend this place.

Downside for this soft play area is that their go cart is based on when their member of staff wants it open. Although it has a sign to ask members of staff, however when we join the queue, we were told they will not accept anymore. They need to put out a sign as of when you can use it not just based on your staff convenience.

Brilliant soft play for young 2-3 years old... and older our grandson totally had fun
