i have been buying wrist splints from acresso for quite a number of years now , i have been in touch with there customer service dept back when Jessica worked in that dept. the problem is still not been corrected after all these years. the fold at the bottom what keeps the metal support in place is not long enough so as when you are holding onto your walking frame or driving the metal support comes out and is stopping you bending your wrist because the metal piece is part way up the the underside of your forearm , which when driving is very dangerous . i don't know how many times i have to tell them about this same problem because it must be at least 5 years i cannot get them from any where else as the other suppliers only do neoprene and i cannot wear that as i am allergic to that . i have just purchased another two pair and they are the same have tried contacting them but not getting any response at all.

I have purchased numerous products from Actesso, mostly Ankle supports for football and a wrist splint. I have found the knowledgeable customer service and fast quick delivery (at the time I ordered it was free) to be 5-star.

This company has excellent customer services. Was in touch with them regarding the delivery, Steve was very helpful. The quality of their products is very good. My doctor was very impressed. The breathable wrist brace is great for summer months. I can wear this all day and night. It helps the carpal tunnel syndromes in my right hand. I will definitely order again in the future.

Ordered this Wrist Support yesterday - giving 2 -5 day delivery ... however this arrived the following morning by Royal Mail. Very well made device too.Excellent company that I would certainly use again and would highly recommend.
