Excellent customer service. The owner's always really helpful and friendly and the pricing and deals are great. He's also helped a lot during lockdown with deliveries which is very appreciated. It's important to support your local businesses now more than ever and this is one of the best in the area!

Terrible, been going for years and I was incredibly annoyed today. I bought a vape and after a couple of days a recurrent crust appeared on the strength system. I began suffering with a cough and sore throat so I went into the store. I explained I was worried about my health but he made every excuse under the sun. In the end he refused to exchange or refund it. I will never be going there again. I had been a customer since they first opened.

Always makes sure what I want is in stock and looked after me during lock down with home deliveries. Asim is a nice guy and has time for everyone. I will always help him and his local company buy buying through him. Instead of on line. (Price is very competitive) For that personal touch. We need to look after our local guys. Guys.

Sold me a coil that just kept shorting out, went back with in ten minutes, straight on the defensive how it’s a comsumable item no customer skills what do ever stepped toward my personal space like he was about to do something? Avoid like the plague horrible little man

I'm not vaping myself but wanted to buy a present for a friend. The owner gave me a great consultation on what to buy, which was very helpful for a lay person like me. Great service, friendly staff, good experience!

Being new to vaping, the customer service I got was fantastic. The person was very helpful and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his products. It was a real example of good old-fashioned customer service.
