Can't say a bad word about this company always on time the app is greatStaff are very polite and provide a good airport service best I've found

Used service 3 times in one day and regularly most days for work to be left for 30 mins and told to pay 1st after waiting all that time. Won't be using again. You investigating now doesn't nor help me as am now late to collect my children.

Had taxi driver who was rude and not understanding of being pregnant… my girlfriend is 33 weeks pregnant she threw up in her bag and she drunk some water to get the taste out of her mouth witch some had spilled and the driver try change £15 extra for some water spilled he knew she was pregnant and he was straight up rude after I said sorry witch he reply sorry is not good enough just overall rude was moody on the trip

I have used A&B taxis before and have been transported by very nice drivers.The one who picked me up this morning from Basildon to Festival Park was very rude and not very nice. borders to racism, really.Tried engaging with him but he was not nice at all. Asked for a paper receipt and he was very rude .Shouldn't be a taxi driver if he's not a people person or hates certain types of people

Car was very clean and smelt good. Driver was friendly and talkative. Got me and my son home safe in at 4am. Thankful taxi was running to late at night/early in the morning.

I used this service a lot when working in Basildon, I found all the drivers to be really nice but they do need to give you a chance to pop your seat belt on before driving off! I found the system let me down a few times. First time users, be careful when booking through the automated phone line, as they will pick you up from your last destination and not from where your calling. Also, be careful when you book without paying on the phone, for some reason this held up my taxi, I'm not sure if I simply had a trainee phone operator, but the system put me behind time as I had to call in twice as my taxi didn't arrive and this was all down to not paying over the phone and my taxi not being released.All taxis nice and clean and pleasant driving.

Have Unfortunately had to use A&B taxis for a few years now through my employer. Unfortunately 70% of the time they are late, despite booking it hours in advance. I work on the railway and we have a schedule to work to, getting the cab turn up late has a knock of effect for our job. If you call to chase the taxi up, you tend to just get fobbed off with an excuse from a usually rude operator. It's not the drivers fault, it's the office. They accept the jobs but don't dispatch it on time. I'm currently writing this review whilst, you guessed jt....waiting for my late cab from A&B.From now on I will request a different cab firm .

Very rude lady on the phone trying to convince me I’d been waiting for only 10 minutes when it had been 25, only redeeming feature was a lovely cab driver who gave me a very comfortable ride. Had the woman on the phone not lied to me I might have been able to give a better rating.

Booked a return journey to a and back. Flew to and from Luton.AB are very professional and email correspondence was good.Received txt updates on day of departure and arrival. Both taxi drivers were on time, very courteous and helpful. The driver collecting us from Luton during the early hours was kind enough to supply us with bottled water for the journey home after our long flight. Very much appreciated and would definitely recommend this company
