Disgraceful customer service. Went in on Saturday and spoke to Sid, I have my Apple Watch as pay monthly and it has an issue with the battery. He told me they can’t help and I have to take it to the apple store which is 45 minutes away.Fat lies!!!! I spoke with 02 customer service and they said the 02 store should sort it for you as it’s direct through us , I will be writing a formal complaint about this bang out of order. Extremely rude and was sat on his phone while I was talking to him. Potentially thinking of cancelling my contract

Popped into to ask about billing (I’d been receiving foreign calls which was a scam and was worried about charges). The assistant sat me down and then tried to upgrade me and sell a new phone. When I said I just wanted to sort out the billing it, he said I had to call customer services. Branch just interested in selling, not helping customers. Poor experience.

Fantastic service from O2 Member of staff. Just went in for advice about a complicated issue with EE . Received some sound advice and even wrote everything down for me step by step. What a star. Thank you very much young man, sorry I didn't get your name. I will be returning as an O2 customer next time.

I rang the O2 shop in Keighley today to ask for help getting my new phone set up. I spoke to Billal who was very helpful and said I could bring the phone in straight away. Billal did the whole set up process for me and couldn’t have been more helpful. He was polite and very approachable and nothing was too much trouble! He is a credit to O2 and I hope they recognise that. It makes such a difference to people like me who are of the older generation to be treated so courteously. Well done Billal!
