Recently got delivered Cheese, cured meat, a bottle of Blueberry alcohol- Myrth. I am very impressed with the quality of the products, amazing packaging,. Excellent customer service, there wasn't delivery available to Ireland, the customer service sorted it out for me very quickly! Highly recommend! Will definitely buy again

I found this website after browsing for Italian goodies in particular. I placed my first order for one item and received it within days of placing order. I have since ordered several items for a Xmas Hamper as a gift and after placing the order, I received a message the next day to say it had been despatched! I received the order the next day. What service - and after receiving the order, all the items have good use-by dates and are excellent. Cannot rate the speed and efficiency of placing and receiving my orders highly enough!

I made a mistake when sending a gift to a different delivery address and emailed customer services immediately. They sorted it out extremely efficiently and the parcel was delivered on time to the amended address.The quality of the produce is superb and I recommend Mediterranean Direct for A source of authentic Italian/Spanish goods.

A great find. I love scrolling through the website and being that over the years I have holidayed in both Italy and Spain I find I can purchase some favourites of my times there. I even bought the little ceramic dishes for olives or nuts that I used to see in the Restaurants.The array of fresh and tinned or packaged foods is amazing. Something for everyone and it is packaged so well.I also liked the fact I could book a date for delivery of my choosing and the time slot.Thank you Mediterranean Direct once again.I highly recommend this Company.

Absolutely superb customer service and amazing products. A colleague recommeneded Mediterranean Direct to me and I'm so glad he did.I placed an order and the products arrived wonderfully wrapped. Everything was individually parcelled. Unfortunately one of the items was out of stock but I had a refund for it before the rest arrived.The drunken goat cheese is the best. The olives didn't last long either.

What a fabulous experience with this company. I made errors on my initial order and the communication that followed was superb. All confirmed via email and a personal touch of a telephone call for my convenience. Product knowledge and courtesy was in abundance and I am so delighted with the quality of products. The packaging was professional ensuring cold items stayed fresh during transit. Even the courier was pleasant and my order arrived within 36 hours. I can't thank 'Ann' enough for her assistance. I highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

My order arrived really quickly. It was really well packed, but unfortunately a small item was broken(ceramic limoncello cup). I contacted customer service who sorted it out straight away. I couldn't believe it when a replacement showed up the next day! I was really impressed by the efficiency of customer service and am delighted as the limoncello cup was part of a gift set that I had purchased to give to a friend next week. Top marks! and will definitely be ordering again.

Very good easy to use and clear website. Authentic Italian goods. I placed my order then wanted to add a hamper I contacted customer services and they were so helpful and courteous. They amalgamated both orders and my mother received the order the day after I placed it. She is thrilled with her gift and she is very hard to please !! Being Italian she really appreciated her favourite cheese - pecorino, and salami - spicy Neapolitan !! Not too mention the wine and other goodies !! Will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend! A real find ! Thank you very much Giovanna X
