Very unprofesional company, Surveyor Peter never bothered to reply to the questions asked in the email. They will confuse normal person in legal Jargon and they will show you that it won't come to the most expensive but in end you will end up paying in thousands! I had no issues with my both neighbors but Peter awarded them over £1000 each on the context I have given him power and his charge is £600+ VAT for each award, so for simple job, bill was over £4500!. Avoid them at any cost, they simple manupulate and charge and then threaten you with lawyers with no way to complaint even when asked.
