Broadlands Lodge Care Home
We wanted to express our thanks and gratitude for looking after our dad whilst mum was able to get some respite. He was tricky and there were several hurdles but amazingly you all remained professional, unfazed and dealt promptly with it all. Thank you for giving mum some breathing space, and for looking after dad whilst he was in your care. We appreciate the 1:1 attention had, when needed by Tamara and will always be grateful for the unwatered support. Thank you again.

Broadlands Lodge Care Home
I recently had an Interview at Broadlands Lodge. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with smiles and genuine warmth. I felt at ease straight away which made the interview much more relaxed. The two ladies who interviewed me were lovely, they were professional but at the same time were approachable and genuine. The home was immaculate and had a lovely atmosphere.

Broadlands Lodge Care Home
I visted the Broadlands Lodge Care Home recently whilst they had the Harvest Festival, it was an amazing atmosphere, plenty of cakes/buns and other party food. The staff and Management were very welcoming and friendly. They provided exceptional care to the residents and overall was a great experience.

Broadlands Lodge Care Home
I use Broadland Lodge for respite care for my father-in-law. Prior to him coming to stay, he was invited to several events to help get him used to the surroundings, staff and other residents. The care he received the week he stayed was outstanding. Staff are lovely and caring. He still gets invited to Events and coffee mornings which is very helpful for me as his full time carer. I can’t recommend this care home enough. You will not go wrong by choosing Broadland Lodge for your loved ones.

Broadlands Lodge Care Home
Making the decision to swap care homes and join broadlands lodge nearly a year ago. Which is also when the home opened ,is the best decision I ever made. Seeing smiles on the individual’s faces and being interactive with them makes me feel good. Promoting choice is a key feature about care and especially with individuals who have dementia, it’s there little bit of independence. All staff are friendly and welcoming. The manager is also supportive and understanding! I’d 100% recommend to employees who are looking for somewhere new, or families who are looking for the best home for their loved one.

Broadlands Lodge Care Home
I started working at Broadlands Lodge care home in march and this is a great home. The staff are great and very supportive and always willing to lend a hand and everyone gets on. It’s nice to have chats with residents and get to know them and have a laugh with them as well. The manager is very supportive and is always there if you ever have a problem and always make sure the staff is happy also the home itself is great because as soon as you walk in the building it’s always filled with positivity and happiness and it’s nice to see the staff and residents get along and having laughs.

I’m a foothealth practitioner who has been visiting Broadland lodge since it opened just over a year ago. It’s been lovely to see this state of the art home become fuller over time. The staff are always welcoming and residents always appear happy and well looked after. It’s a pleasure to visit this care home.

I have worked here for nearly a month now, and I can hand on my heart say the care the residents receive is so heartwarming and very person centred. The residents are so happy and the staff go above and beyond to make sure they are well cared for. It’s honestly like a little family. Highly recommend as a place to work and a welcoming home for your loved ones.

Every time I visit this home I am welcomed and offered hospitality as soon as I enter. Their homemade meals and cakes / sweet treats are amazing. The team are welcoming, friendly and a great asset. I would highly recommend Broadlands Lodge.
