Being a first time landlord with this shambles of a company I am still trying to retrieve my outstanding rent arrears.After 3 months of waiting Flatfair (insurance) has paid Haart the full amount but I have received nothing.After plenty of emails phone calls and messaging my hopes of getting anything is pretty low.Please avoid.

Approached my local Haart Branch to discuss a better deal and hoped the Manager would be helpful, bottom line was if I was not happy with the current deal I was entitled to give 16 days notice as the initial 3 months agreed period had passed so I immediately did, they did however promptly sent me a sorry your are leaving email within a few minutes of me giving notice, a nice polite way to stick 2 fingers up at me, would have been more sincere if they had waited a few hours at least.The only thing of value to Haart is the Maximum amount of commission they can make and not me as a customer.They preferred to lose me as a customer rather than give me a deal I was happy with especially after they had already sold the same property to us under 1.5 years ago BTW they told us the property was fresh to the market, we discovered it had been for sale for over 12 months previously with another agent.Despite our request to only accommodate accompanied viewings this was not the case and they did not honor and follow this request.Do not feel valued at all..........

If I could leave fewer stars I would. Pushy, presumptive and unable to take no for an answer. My details seem to have been passed between branches despite me asking for them to be deleted. I'm fairly sure this is a Data Protection breach.

The worst ever experience using Haart Sutton to sell my property, being overseas the Branch Manager was absent most days, always sick or on holiday and when calling multiple times to speak to the Branch being transferred to the Nexus Call Centre that basically just take a message. Avoid dealing with Sukina Brooks if she is at any of the Haart Branch Networks, be warned she never returns calls, and when a sale falls through like mine did she ran for the hills and hid behind Senior Management to deal with me via email. Absolute rubbish service

horrible and awful service from Luton branch and their flatfair useless insurance.as a landlord I expected Haart would make efforts to visit the property so that they can confirm what l have witnessed and maybe record the dilapidated condition in the property as required by their flatfair insurance policy but they didnt careless. flatfair doesnt want get involved am left on my own.

Where to begin, we put our house up for sale, since then we've had constant phone calls from this lot, after initially telling them we were not interested in joint selling, every time they phone I get the same ' oh I'm sorry we'll get you taken off our phone list, they haven't even sent us any properties relevant to our requirements!! well let's hope the single star ( which I've awarded for harassment skills) will spur on some people to avoid this lot, I'm from Kent, but feel the need to put this on the head office review, in hope you get the message ,

Disgusting service and never return calls. Landlords pay for property management and yet no one visited in the 3 years I rented. They owe me a refund and yet I'm still waiting for this to be made . It has been 8 days and still no sign of refund or call back

Would give 0 stars if I could. Basically everything they do is not taken seriously and they take a million years to reply, or reply at all. Our deposit scheme was still not returned after 10 days from moving out of the property. Tried contacting head office multiple times but no one answered nor replied to my emails. Moreover no maintenance has been done in the property even after sending a complaint or asking them to fix something, shower broke down so it didn't work for two months then washing machine broke and we had no way of washing our clothes for god knows how long... Anyway just stay away from haart

Unresponsive to landlords. Wish I had looked on trustpilot before working with haart. All the one star reviews are spot on. Take months to respond - that's if they respond. No accountability for them making mistakes. For a paid for service, you would expect an actual service.

Worse estate agent ever! Avoid at all costs.
