Buying a wedding dress at Simply Koko is not simply a purchase but an experience.From the moment we entered Jacinta and Bethany couldn't do enough for us, they made myself and my mum feel so at ease and so welcomed...every aspect of the service was tailored to you as an individual.They listened to our thoughts and feelings and consistently provided professional advice and guidance.They went above and beyond to make the process special - preparing for every aspect of the big day - fittings, bridesmaids dresses, wedding suits, accessories and even dressing the bride on her big day...their service is truly unique.Needless to say I found my dream wedding dress at Simply Koko and I would strongly reccomend anyone looking for their wedding dress to book an appointment at Simply Koko.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD.Absolutely disgusting service at a “premium” bridal shop where you have to pay a non-refundable fee for the inconvenience of your appointment.Communication with the “14 years in business” Jacinta seemed fine over text message but the issues were clear as soon as I walked into her shop.BAD ENERGY STRAIGHT AWAY.Stand offish, condescending, arrogant, rude.Has a sign with your name saying ‘welcome’ but doesn’t have a clue who you are to reference or what you’ve discussed as her first question was “so have you tried on any dresses? do you know what you’re looking for?” - BOTH of these questions I’d already given her the answer to prior to my booking. She had assured me that she had dresses available that were reflective of my criteria (which encouraged me to pay the booking fee). However, when talking about my size and requirements face to face in the shop, she responded by saying “well we’re going to be very limited as to what you can try on today with your size and budget”Another quote from the helpful Jacinta even though I’d discussed budget with her on texts prior to booking to make sure I wasn’t wasting our time.She goes on by negatively and unprofessionally talking down about ‘Wed2B’ saying how the dresses in there aren’t made my proper designers and that their sizing won’t be like the ones in her shop so I could “forget being the size I am in the high street in HER* dresses” (I’m aware that this is a fact but it was her tone that was insulting - given that I’m a curvier girl) and also that “the sizing in Wed2B makes people who are a size 14 think that they’re a size 8 *chuckling”…. (the derogatory fat shaming started here and DID NOT STOP) -Oh did I mention that on arrival she just stood there watching me, my sister and my mother struggle getting the pram up the stairs (no polite “can you manage?” “Do you need a hand?”) - I’m aware I didn’t state I was bringing my baby but that’s not my point, manners cost nothing.Regardless of all this bad energy and service I decided to go on and look at some dresses.No order to the dresses all. All mixed sizing and fittings. Just badgered on about how she still “treats” the dresses.I mentioned how in the other shops I’d been in they’d picked out a few dresses that were my size for me to try on which I found really helpful. Jacinta couldn’t be bothered to hunt through the rails so told me “I think it’s awful to presume what someone would want”YOU’RE NOT PRESUMING WHEN IVE DESCRIBED MY IDEAL DRESS JACINTA, ITS YOUR JOB TO HELP ME.Still oozing bad vibes and the least interest in helping me find my dress at all. I look at every dress on the rail. I say disheartened “I think I’m going to struggle finding a dress in my size here“ she reply’s “yes, they’re all small sizes.. most the sale dresses are all in smaller sizes too. The curvier brides seem to only want things that are on sale. They all get snatched up when we have a sale and the bigger ones always go first. Bigger girls don’t seem to want to pay full price, I can’t think why”MORE SNIDE COMMENTS ABOUT BIGGER GIRLS AND HAVING A LOWER BUDGET.After this woman giving me THE WORST anxiety and me becoming VISUALLY uncomfortable, I bravely voice my feelings that “I’m not getting a good vibe about being able to find a dress in this shop and I feel the process is more difficult and more uncomfortable than I’ve experienced in other shops which was making me really anxious” to which she says “Oh really? Thats strangeNo

I first went to Simply Koko back in April 2019 when I started to shop for my wedding dress. We booked an appointment in advance and once we arrived, there was a sign to say 'Welcome Darryl' on the staircase which was a really nice touch! I felt so comfortable looking through all the dresses, Jacinta and her team didn't make us feel rushed or pressured into buying a dress there and then. I had another appointment that same day but I didn't have as much as a good experience as I did at Simply Koko! I went back again for the 3rd time in March 2020 (had went back to decide on my dress in May) to get my final fitting done where the seamstress got my dress sorted all within a few hours. Unfortunately our original wedding date in April 2020 got postponed to April 2021 and Jacinta rang me as soon as I had told her that I'd postponed. She rang to see how we were, if we needed any help in finding someone if any of our suppliers were unavailable on our new date and to even talk to if we felt stressed regarding postponing. Fast forward to 2021 and I went back in to do a final, final fitting of my dress 3 days before the wedding and it was as if nothing had changed in the time since we last saw each other last March. Again, we had booked an appointment to avoid overcrowding due to COVID and of course there were your usual procedures in place (masks, hand sanitiser etc.) so I felt comfortable and safe going back in the days before the wedding. Jacinta arrived on the wedding day and helped dress me as well as coming to the wedding venue to make sure I was all ready to go which I wasn't expecting but she was wonderful! I'd recommend Simply Koko as the service we received was wonderful and made the whole dress shopping experience a fun, memorable moment for myself and my bridal party. Thank you so much! xx

You don't just buy a dress from Koko you get a full package of advice, guidance, support through the whole process, fitting, styling, help with the wedding process, bouncing ideas around as well as putting you in the dress on the day! Jacinta has become a friend at the end...all of this for buying a dress! You offer an amazing customer service and have been able to not only help me but my mum, nan and bridesmaids! Wow wow wow!! I already knew that Jacinta and the team at Koko had a fantastic reputation, but I was even more amazed experiencing everything first hand! I bought a beautiful occassion wear dress that I'm totally in love with. All the staff were so professional and really helpful throughout the whole process. The shop itself is beautiful and there were so many dresses to choose from! Can't thank the team enough for their kindness and top customer service. Thank you!!

I could not recommend Jacinita and her team enough for the service she provided me with when finding my dream dress. It was a peace off my mind and a pleasure getting my dress from Simply KOKO. Jacinita took care of one of the biggest items of my day and I could not have felt any better. I completely loved my experience at Simply Koko. The shop is beautiful and the team are so welcoming. I Love love loved the Catwalk, yes really a Catwalk The dresses were all beautiful, so much choice, there was colour as well as white and ivory.The team were so supportive and patient. Above all I was given time consideration and respect. Jacinta the owner is fully involved and so lovely. I feel I was lucky to have chosen the right Wedding shop. What a fantastic time yesterday at Simply Koko finding my wedding dress which I absolutely love. Jacinta and Emma were fabulous and lovely. My sister and loved the experience together. It was all so professional and at the sane time we had such fun. Jacinta took time before the appointment to find out a bit about me and that really helped to find the dress. Perfect!
