Fit to fly PCR test - After being let down by a pharmacy in Bolton, WRP gave a prompt booking and were very accommodating. Very efficient and professional. Got the results within 10hrs at a much cheaper rate than the Bolton pharmacy. For results to come on the same day, it was an absolute bargain! Thanks to Iqbal, Sajid and Zemila for sorting!

Went in for an injection, never been before. I have a disability, a young gentleman in there treated me with utmost respect, kindness and grace. He didn't treat me like an invalid, he treated me like any other person, it was refreshing to see someone interact with a disabled person in a manner that didn't make them feel stupid.

Having had to rely on regular assistance over the past few years I couldn't be more pleased on the overall experience on offer for us consumers.- Staff very approachable, and compassionate- Delivery service is second to none. Never failed once- Able to dispose old medication for us- Always available to give advice in person/over the phone on any symptoms/situation including which product would be suitable- Not used quit smoking or Umrah/Hajj jabs facilities yet but shows intent on reaching out to support local neighbourhood in a very proactive manner.Thank You.Update - one star drop.- Because Sajid Musa allowed 2 significant breaking of the Covid-19 law in situ and at my Hidayah Mosque. At a time when has been acting as a pillar of the Mosque. It shows despite their roles did not go out of the way to educate themselves with the interest of 120,000 residents of Blackburn at heart. Put us all at greater risk to Covid -19 out of ignorance in characters and laziness to educate themselves. Not been able to get the Mosque to reply to my formal complaint. Also huge attempt to shut me up and cover up attempt which took place.
