Pink Pig Parking

I arrived at the carpark 2 hrs before my flight. The car park was full but the roof was empty although this is permit only. I rang Indigo and asked since I had booked a week ago whether I qould be alowed to park on the roof. They wouldnt let me and did not offer alternative parking. I had to pay last minute prices so lost money overall and only got to my flight as it was delayed. Truly awful service matched only by their customer care.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!they scraped my car and would not admit liability and ontop of that they Employees manners and service was totally disgusting !Pleaee please STAY clear of these cowboys and pay extra few pounds elsewhere to save your car being scraped .

Made me wait for 15/20 minutes for for collection of my car on departure, and 45 minutes on arrival, which is not worth the saving when you have a 2 year old with you.Wouldn't use them again.

Really friendly service, prompt with timings for picking us up and good advice and knowledgable of local services. Would definitely use this service again!

Seemingly does not exist, no contact available or made since, was luckily able to park in the airport on the day but the holiday was nearly missed, I would personally avoid like the plague. September 2022.

I seen this company and was very hesitant to use them due to the reviews although the price was so competitive it was too good to ignore.1st I messed up my hooking and booked the wrong drop off day and I did this the day of my flight, I rang and explained this too the adviser he was helpful and explained that I can drop off a day early and just pay a little more. This was done and they were very helpful though out. Will definitely use again advisers were very polite and helpful when I dropped off and collected my car. Don’t trust all reviews they were very busy on the day and 99% of customers only complain if something goes wrong but everyone I seen was happy with their service.
