Firstly I want to say how much of a disgusting practice you run. I entered your shop to get a quote on a repair for my phone, after inspection he went to clean the phone for 19.99, I said no repeatedly and made clear that I currently do not have money on me. Despite this he went on to clean my phone and then attempt to charge me 19.99. I refused as I didn’t ask for this and outright refused to have my phone cleaned. He then asked for my phone as compensation while I get money out of the bank or have a friend pay. In the end we received a small discount of 4 pounds and left very frustrated. Incredibly poor practice pressuring people into paying.
