We contacted Energy Made Greener as we needed to replace our very old boiler.I had seen good reviews for the company and now I can see why they are rated so highly. From the first visit to completion of works we received 5 star service.They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The work was explained to us, the quote included a breakdown of costs including optional extras and support was on hand for any questions we had. When the work was carried out the team were professional, respectful of the house and clean and tidy. I cannot recommend them enough, much much better prices and service than the big companies we got to quote.

Absolutely great company to work with. Bobby and his team were out at weekends and done everything they could to save my old boiler, as cheaply and quickly as possible, but when this never worked out, we had a new boiler installed and heating back in the the house in less than 72 hours. Great service, and a team who genuinely care about the job they do and the customer they're working with. Would not hesitate to recommend to others....

EMG sent an engineer round, out of hours, to check my faulty boiler on the same day I reported it to them. A first time customer based on word of mouth and all the previous positive reviews and they lived up to every word that's been written about them. From the first engineer on-site providing diagnosis, to the back office ordering parts and keeping me updated, to Bobby coming back first thing the next possible day following part delivery providing expert advice, EMG were spot on and a credit to the industry. Thanks for getting me back up and running quickly during the recent cold weather.

Just had a new Worcester boiler installed by Energy Made Greener. Initially I got some quotes from a few different companies but choosing these guys was a no brainer.Right from very 1st contact the service was outstanding. I was understandably anxious about having work done in the house but Bobby & Laura spent so much time answering all my Q’s and making sure I was comfortable with everything.Craig turned up to do the installation. He was so friendly, tidy and very respectful of the pets in the house. There were a few hiccups along the way including previous wiring issues but Bobby rectified this whilst ensuring all the safety regulations were adhered to. I always felt I was in safe hands throughout.I’ll be using these guys for everything in future and would highly recommend them to anyone. This Company has a vast amount of excellent reviews, all very well deserved. Quality service is everything these days and Energy Made Greener have definitely nailed it. Well Done and thank you.

What can I say other than exceptional! Bobby and the team sorted us a new boiler very last minute! Service was second to none and went over and above the call of duty!I had a nightmare experience with another supposed Gas Safe company, tried to send a unregistered heating engineer to my house to fit a new boiler, I questioned the fitter on his gas safe registration, couldn’t provide details so was sent on his way! Cowboys won’t be named!Explained my situation to Bobby, he pulled a very last minute late shift finishing at 21:30 tonight, managed to find me a boiler this afternoon and had me back up and running as we’ve been without heating and hot water since Tuesday.EMG team are a solid 10/10, can’t thank the team enough for what they’ve done!

Have used Bobby and his team now for boiler services and recently a new boiler installation and can say they are a wonderful company to work with. Prompt responses to all questions and finance options available. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great. For the 2nd time they have come round and fixed a heating/ hot water problem. Last time when it was my hot water that had stopped working I signed up to a monthly plan and I’m so pleased I did. I called them today as downstairs heating wasn’t working. Within half an hour Bobby was round. He went off to get a new part and has fixed it for me within an hour. I’m so grateful. Such a professional and reasonable company and I couldn’t be happier that I’m with EMG. Thankyou
