The worst dentist I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Cancelled my appointment made 5 WEEKS prior and with £300 down payment with less than 24 hrs notice. Despite me telling them my old filing ON MY FRONT TEETH had broken away and my gums sore they refused to see me as an emergency and told me they could only complete the treatment in another month - and apparently I was lucky to only have waited 5 weeks for the initial appointment- and if I don’t like it to go elsewhere - trying to do so but have to wait for my money to be refunded - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Recently switched to Chrysalis from a local practice I was with for 10+ years in Hemel. I felt comfortable immediately as the dentist here gave me honest advice by laying out every possible option to help me make the right decision on my procedure. She was also fairly flexible to accommodate my work schedule and travel plans. Great service, honest and understanding. Highly recommend.

The friendly well equipped dental team go the extra mile to ensure the client is happy with the results. Small wait sometimes as they try to see any clients in pain the same day. I have just completed my dental implant treatment. The expertise and quality of care I received was exceptional. Dr Minesh Patel is amazing and his skill and knowledge is second to none. If anyone is unsure about having an implant I would say gather all the information that's available and do it. I am writing this with my new implant in place after today's appointment, feeling totally comfortable and it looks completely natural. I'm so pleased I've had it done. EXCELLENT!I had a lovely experience at this dentist, being someone who is scared of the dentist, the reception team made me feel so welcome, Dr Minesh Patel made me at ease and was very helpful. When I came back for a second visit to have treatment Dr Sophie Phillips was lovely and warming and helped me through the pain and sorted my tooth right out.I had another emergency where Dr Kalpana Patel sorted my tooth right out!My fear of the dentist has definitely gone as the reception team made me feel so comfortable which made me feel welcome and I’m no longer afraid!Would highly recommend this dentist.Thank you Dr Patel and everyone at Chrysalis!!

I had a bone graft and implant procedure with complex issues and Dr Manish was brilliant in helping me through every stage of the process. I am very delighted by the results and my new teeth. The results are life-changing and I can now eat and smile without having to worry.
