This store always has out of date products (even 5 days out of date), yet if you nicely point it out to staff you get a hostile response! The variety of items is excellent for a small shop.Of the staff were more pleasant and items fresh it would be a 5* review!

I went into this Co-op needing a big parcel box and tape. The Post Office did not have a big parcel box andrather than waiting in the Post Office queue, a gentlemen with a beard in his late twenties possibly the manager (I forget his name) found me a parcel box and tape. He also helped me tape it up using their own electrical tape. They did not need to do this and he helped using his own time and resources. Thank you and I would highly recommend.

I don’t think I have ever met such a rude person! Jenny the team leader was rude to customers and then nasty and rude to the friendliest member of staff they have in there!! Terrible customer service and needs to fix another job where she has no human contact!!!

Staff is great but Parking is limited for a very busy shop! Busy bodies will remind you of this unfortunately! Hamworthy store is a much more convenient place to go!!!

Parking is bad, even tho there is a car park at rear customers are not allowed to use it. Not enough staff on tills. Some staff members do not have a cheery disposition, come across as miserable to be there.

Friendly staff but not pushchair friendly. This is my local co op so easy to get to but the store is so cramped, especially now that they’ve blocked off the drinks aisle. So I now have to go round past the till with people coming in the same direction. With display boxes of products everywhere, it’s hard to move out of the way or push the pushchair around the store. Will need to start shopping at the co-op in Creekmoor which is more expensive and further away.
