The range was a lovely experience however Christine in the cafe made us wait 10 minutes to order and then left half way through ordering and forgot my two millionaire shortbreads. She also looked like she didn’t want to be there.

Great store for bathroom items. We brought some bath mats & towels which were very good price. Plenty of parking & helpful staff .

First time visiting the range we got fined £175 for staying 22 minutes over the parking limit, while I was heavily pregnant and had a one year old, all appeals were ignored. Second time, stressful experience because of the parking limit with a now two year old and a seven month old, didn't have what we went for in store so ordered online. Got charged extortionate delivery which took days and got delivered the wrong colour of what we ordered, also in a bad condition. I am honestly sick of going to the range now, I only visit for the Christmas stuff but to be honest, what they have is not worth the stress. Don't think I will be returning.

I came in this morning to get some Christmas decorations and presents. Found what I needed for a very good price, and the man at the checkout, Anthony, was very friendly and attentive. Would come here again.

Vast amount of goods available. I spent far too long in the shop and bought a lot of things I hadn't seen anywhere else. Brilliant stationery and art section. The lady on the till was extremely helpful.

Very good Range shop on the Chester Retail Park. It's got every thing for the house, garden, pets, toys, arts and craft. I even noticed stand up paddle boards for sale. There's a nice cafe and more shopping on the first floor with a lift or stairs to take you there. I got a cheese toastie, packet of crisps and cappuccino for £5 on one of their meal offers. The staff are very helpful and will walk with you to find anything you've not been able to find for yourself. There's a large free carpark and many more shops beside it.
