I reached out to C Watkins Plumbing Ltd. with hopes of addressing an issue with my ventilation system. Initially, communication with Laura was promising, and I was under the impression that not only would they diagnose the problem, but it would also be rectified.However, the follow-up experience has been deeply unsatisfying. Despite paying £156 for a visit, all I received was an engineer's assessment with no subsequent communication about the required parts or how to fix the issue. Subsequent emails were met with no responses and an eventual statement that they no longer carry out private works. This left me in a position where I paid for a service that has resulted in no tangible solution.To future potential customers: I would recommend proceeding with caution. Ensure clarity on what you're paying for and what to expect. My experience has been marked by a lack of transparency and inadequate follow-through.
