Castle chocolates

What a wonderful little shop found on Fisher Street opposite the rear of TK Maxx.I'm determined that my gifts this festive season will be as locally sourced as possible. So, I wanted a few small chocolate treats to pop into gift bags. Castle Chocolates didn't disappoint. I might have accidentally picked up some yummy violet creams for myself, too.This is a family run shop where chocolates are made fresh every day. There's bars, selection boxes, novelties, and individual speciality chocolates to indulge in, too.I'll definitely be going here again, especially for local treats to gift.

Lots of choices of chocolates, some being made whilst visiting. Great for the chocoholic amongst us.

All I can say is wow such a lovely little choccy shop staff are brill choc is to die for I always spend way tooMuch when I go in but I love everything will be back soon x

Absolutely delicious chocolates and so beautiful to look at. I visited the shop earlier this week and had a great experience. Both the owner and his assistant Michael were delightful. I commend this place, highly recommended.

Not just your average chocolate shop!Castle Chocolates may be a small shop but what they offer is a huge selection of quality made-in-store chocolate products.Keith and his team create some of the finest chocolates around and there’s so many variations that you’ll be able to try something new every time you visit - they also regularly create new chocolates with different flavours (one of my personal favourites was toffee apple which was released I think around Halloween time).You can choose your own chocolates from the loose counter and get a box made up with whatever you like inside it, they will also make a custom sticker for the top of your box which is great if it’s for a gift.There’s also bars of chocolate with various toppings/fillings such as biscoff, salted caramel and more.You can also find shaped chocolates including millennium falcons, penguins, Lego blocks and more.Sometimes you’ll be able to see the guys actually creating the chocolates while you’re in the store, I’ve been in the store when they’ve been filling the moulds with melted chocolate from the chocolate tap… yes you heard that right… ask them to show you the chocolate tap and you’ll want one for your home!Castle Chocolates is definitely worth a visit if you’re in Carlisle and have a bit of a sweet tooth!

Best place to bring the family for quality ice cream, delicious chocolates and consistent amazing service (Carlisle needs businesses like this).

Without a doubt the best confectionery shop in the town.I cannot praise their wares highly enough.If you're looking for that special" box of chocolates for Mother's day or any other occasion demanding chocolates then they're right there on Fisher Street."
