DPD Pickup Parcelshop

I did not receive my next day delivery parcel as the driver claimed I was not there to sign for my parcel. I had made a special effort to be there and well before delivery slot. Noone came, noone rang the doorbell. I think they were just in a hurry and missed me out. Very angry as I specially paid extra to get parcel on the day.

Not impressed was told when I booked it that the item would be delivered the next day it was a Christmas present .didn't get to the destination until after Christmas

Send my Parcel was delivered and signed for found it in my next door neighbours Field broken and wet 2 days after the email was sent tried to contact them about and never replied
