We found the team at Regus incredibly helpful and responsive. They were more than happy to go above and beyond to assist us when we needed them. The fact the site was plug and play also really helped. Thanks to Kath and the team for all their help !

I always find the staff a pleasure to deal with, and they are extremely accommodating and helpful with any requests we have. They deal with our clients very professionally, and present a tremendous image for our company. We are highly impressed by the attentiveness and care that continues to be given to our needs as a business.

I have been a Virtual Office Plus customer for the past 2 years. The service from the Regus centre is and always has been first class. The staff are helpful and courteous and I am always 100% confident that my customers are going to receive prompt and efficient attention. The Centre Manager and her team work hard to meet my business needs and have always been able to assist me when I have needed to access additional services (sometimes at pretty short notice). If I'm being honest, the centre is looking a little tired and could do with some investment but the staff more than make up for this particular shortcoming by adding some personal touches to the office space and delivering service excellence where it really matters.

I rented an office space from them for 6months. All this time I stayed at home due to Covid and they still notoriously added, to every invoice, services that I didn't use, like using kitchen etc.No space to park a bicycle.They take days to respond to an email.They also don't seem to understand that I don't want to have anything to do with them ever again, as they keep nagging me offering me office space.

We have had an office at Regus for nearly 3 years now and Kath and her team have always provided an excellent and professional service. We often find ourselves out of the office but our calls are answered promptly and messages passed on in a timely manner. We would certainly recommend having an office at Regus Swansea.

I’ve had an office at Regus for several years. During that time I have found all of the team at Regus to be exceptionally helpful and flexible and they have coped admirably with the high volume of clients that can arrive throughout the day and they have always been unfailingly polite and friendly to them, even when there are the occasional more challenging circumstances. Jorge and Vicky at the front desk were amazing from point of viewing to getting me settled in.From the moment I made a enquiry they team was very responsive and insured all my needs were met, they also left me alone to make a decision on how I would like to move forward, a great company and no pushy salesman techniques, something that I believe is crucial.Jorge really made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was extremely professional, giving me constant reassurance that both himself and Vicky are there ready to help if I need anything. The customer service alone was good enough to make me choose to use this office space, I would highly recommend and will be staying here for a long time. Thanks again

I have been working in the Business Suite for over 5 months now and every member of staff has been extremely helpful during my time here. The offices are always kept in great condition and I have seen a major improvement recently with regards to refurbishment. I would definitely recommend having an office at Regus Swansea.
